The surfaces are scratch-resistant so far, which was my main worry with a dark finish. Assembly took maybe 20 minutes per table, and they feel solid enough to hold heavy lamps and books.

The two-tone finish looks even better in person—the satin black base keeps it grounded while the brown top adds just enough warmth. It’s sturdy and fits our living room without feeling bulky.

I was worried the black and brown combo might clash, but it actually grounds the room perfectly. The satin black legs feel sturdy and well-constructed, not flimsy at all. Really happy with how effortlessly it pulls the space together.
