This mattress hits that perfect medium plush feel I was hoping for, not too soft and not too firm. The cooling quilted cover actually makes a difference—I don't wake up sweaty anymore. First full night's sleep I've had in weeks.

I was a bit worried about heat retention, but the cooling quilted poly-blend cover actually keeps things comfortable throughout the night. The medium plush feel is a nice balance—soft enough to relieve pressure without letting me sink in too deep. Only took a couple nights to get used to it.

The medium plush comfort level strikes a nice balance—soft enough to sink in slightly, but with enough support that my back doesn’t ache in the morning. The cooling quilted cover stays noticeably cooler than my old mattress, though I wish the edges had a bit more firmness when sitting on them.
