The 6-inch height is perfect for side sleeping—my neck feels aligned for the first time in months. It's surprisingly light at 1.5 pounds but holds its shape all night without flattening.

I was a bit skeptical about the 6-inch thickness, but after sleeping on it for a week, my neck feels noticeably better. The 16-inch square size is perfect for my small sofa, though I wish it came in a slightly firmer density.

The 16 by 16 size fits my standard case fine, but don't expect much plushness—it's firmer than I'd like for a casual pillow. It's okay for a weekend guest bed, but I wouldn't buy it again for nightly use.
