The distressed nutmeg finish looks even better in person, and the nailhead trim along the edges gives it a nice custom feel without being flashy. I've had these at my kitchen island for a month and the textured polyester holds up fine against two messy kids.

The nailhead trim catches the light just right and gives the stool a much pricier look than what I paid. Assembly took maybe fifteen minutes, and the nutmeg finish matches my kitchen island perfectly.

The upholstery has a nice textured feel that makes it look more expensive than it is, and the distressed nutmeg finish hides everyday scuffs well. I’ve had it for a few weeks now and the seat stays firm but comfortable through long dinners.
