I was a little worried the white marble shelf would look too cold next to my warm wood floors, but it actually ties the whole corner together perfectly. The glass top gives me just enough room for my coffee mug and a small stack of books, and the whole thing feels sturdier than its slim legs suggest

Assembling it took maybe twenty minutes, and the marble shelf adds a nice cool contrast to the glass top. It’s sturdy enough for my lamp and a few books, though the glass shows fingerprints pretty quickly if that bothers you.

The glass top is heavy enough that it doesn’t wobble at all, which is great since I’ve got it squeezed beside the couch. The marble shelf underneath is a nice touch for stacking a couple of books, though I do wish it were a little larger than it looks in the photos.
