The cast aluminum base has a nice weight to it, so it doesn't wobble on my side table. The antique silvertone is more textured in person than in photos, which gives it a lot of character when lit.

The antique silvertone finish catches the light in a way that makes it feel like a much pricier piece—it’s genuinely a sculpture when it’s off, and a warm glow when it’s on. I’ve had it three weeks and still catch myself staring at it.

I was a little worried it would look too modern for my living room, but the antique silvertone finish gives it this raw, sculptural warmth that photographs even better in person. It's genuinely a piece of art when the light hits the cast aluminum late in the evening.
